Founded on June 24, 1128, the day on which D. Afonso Henriques, first king of Portugal, at the Castle of Guimarães, proclaimed the foundation of the Kingdom of Portugal. As Portugal is the fourth oldest country in Europe, in our view we will pass through the Historical Centre, also visiting the Guimarães Castle and the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança, founded in the 19th century. XV, lady's house inspired by French constructions, as well as the amazing mediaval streets that descend to Largo de Oliveira and Praça de São Tiago, a group of houses with a century-old façade. We will also visit the Penha Sanctuary.
